Dr John Peter is a doctorate from University of Madras. He has served as Scientist at International Crops Research Institute for Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), Nagarjuna Agricultural Research and Development Institute (NARDI) and as an Auditor, Crop Protection at International Finance Corporation. He is currently the Managing Director of Varsha Bioscience and Technology India Pvt Ltd., an agri-biotech company that manufactures innovative research products of agriculture/ environmental importance.
Dr. Peter is an Executive member at Prof. TN Anantha Krishnan Foundation, Vice President BIPA and Chairman at Prof. TNA Innovation Centre, a Government of India recognized R&D. He has been an advisor and mentor to graduate, post-graduate and doctoral students with credible research publications. Dr Peter pursues research and business with passion.
